Territorial recruitment centers are checking pop stars’ concert schedules to assess where more men will attend

Staff at territorial recruitment centers are studying the schedules of popular artists’ concerts to assess where men might attend.

This was revealed in an interview with the Cherkasy portal “18000” by Oleg Tymoshenko, the head of the Cherkasy United City Territorial Recruitment Center.

He confirmed that, for example, military recruiters would not attend a concert by Tina Karol because there are unlikely to be many men there.

“Is it true that in territorial recruitment centers, they sit down and look at concert schedules and say, ‘Men aren’t going to Tina Karol’s concert, so we won’t go either’?” the host asked.

“Of course, it happens!” Tymoshenko replied.

He also mentioned that territorial recruitment centers are not specifically looking for workers, despite constantly facing staffing shortages. However, anyone can apply to work at these centers, especially if they have health issues.

According to Tymoshenko, in the past month, six people were hired by his organization after health issues were discovered during the military medical commission (VKK) examination. They were interviewed, their qualifications were reviewed, their experience working with people was assessed, and they were offered jobs.

“It’s important to understand that no one is born a recruiter. No one here has a family legacy of working at territorial recruitment centers,” Tymoshenko emphasized.
