This statement was made by the Deputy Chair of the Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and a Member of Parliament from the “Sluga Naroda” party, Yegor Chernev.
According to Chernev, the draft law on changes in mobilization includes provisions related to men residing abroad. He added that there are currently “more questions than answers” regarding this category of Ukrainians.
