This was reported by MP Solomiia Bobrovska on her Facebook page.
According to Bobrovska, the term of his assignment expired on September 20.

She added that, given the significance of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine—one of the country’s most renowned institutions, with a collection of 800,000 artifacts reflecting the history of the nation’s formation—such a director is “a disgrace, to put it mildly.”
Last year, the Ministry of Sports published a list of 236 athletes who failed to return from abroad after being granted permission to leave for sports events.
Similarly, this spring, three leading artists of the Lviv Opera did not return to Ukraine after tours in Finland and Estonia.
