Fico will deliver Zelensky’s message to Putin on May 9, the Slovak Foreign Ministry said
08.05.2026 - 06:01Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court has returned foreign passports to Yulia Tymoshenko, the head of the Batkivshchyna party.
The MP reported this herself on her Facebook page.
At the same time, the court left other procedural obligations in Tymoshenko’s case in force until July 7: she must appear at the request of a detective, prosecutor, or court, and report any change of residence or workplace.
“With every court hearing, we are getting closer to victory and proving that the case against me was fabricated. The High Anti-Corruption Court is canceling the political repression by NABU and SAPO against me: first they lifted the ban on my communication with MPs, returned my savings, and allowed me to travel outside Kyiv. This case is falling apart before our eyes,” Tymoshenko commented after today’s hearing.
As a reminder, Tymoshenko is suspected of bribing MPs during votes in the Rada.
Investigators believe that such actions were intended to ensure loyal behavior by MPs during votes in the Verkhovna Rada. Bail of 33 million hryvnias, or 640,000 euros, was posted for Tymoshenko.
At the same time, it became known that the director of NABU had been tried for voter bribery in favor of Tymoshenko.
