Ukraine sent to the United Arab Emirates Kyrylo Budanov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, and other officials.
The first round of talks took place on January 23–24.
During the second round, the sides were able to agree on a prisoner-of-war exchange, and they also discussed territorial issues and a ceasefire mechanism.
