In Sumy region, a tender for the construction of a battalion support point worth 45 million hryvnias was won by a company owned by the son of the head of the regional council.
In Sumy region, the tender for the construction of a battalion support point was won by the company “BVK Company Fedorchenko.” This firm was founded by the current chairman of the Sumy Regional Council, Viktor Fedorchenko, while his son, Dmitry Fedorchenko, has been listed as the CEO since 2020.
The cost of the work, as indicated on Prozorro, amounts to 45,851,553.17 hryvnias. A contract has already been signed with the aforementioned company on December 7, 2023. The deadline for completion of the work is December 25.
