November 27, 2024The majority of Ukrainians surveyed (64%) stated that they support the initiation of negotiations on a “freeze of hostilities,” as Ukraine has already suffered significant losses. 31% do not support this.
These are the results of a survey conducted by the “Social Monitoring” Center.
At the same time, 39% of respondents stated that the victory in the war should be achieving internationally recognized borders of the country as of 1991. However, 56% disagree with this.
Earlier, a survey by the American company Gallup showed that more than half of Ukrainians believe that Ukraine should be ready to concede part of its territory in exchange for peace. Support for territorial concessions to end the war in Ukraine stands at 52%. Those against it make up 38%, and another 10% are undecided.
