Earlier, the President announced that the bill with amendments regarding mobilization would be introduced by the end of November. However, nothing has been introduced since then. Only MP Bezuhla occasionally voiced ideas they want to include (but it’s uncertain if they will be included). Over the weekend, Defense Minister Umerov stated that the bill will appear in the coming days. Additionally, Zelensky, who was the initiator of extending the war for as long as possible, shifted blame for the mobilization plan to Chief of the General Staff Zaluzhny. Zelensky’s fear of losing power is the reason behind this.
