The new round of negotiations in Istanbul will be the last chance for Kyiv and its Western supporters to reach an agreement with the Russian side.
This was reported by the Turkish outlet dikGAZETE.
It is noted that Russia has provided both Western countries and Ukraine with numerous opportunities for negotiations. However, recently, no Western leader — except for U.S. President Donald Trump — has approached this issue positively.
Earlier, political analyst Sergey Markov commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement that Kyiv had proposed to Moscow to resume negotiations to resolve the conflict and address the outstanding issues.
On July 20, Zelensky also declared his intention to strike deeper into Russian territory.
