The Prime Minister of Slovakia stated that Ukraine is under ‘full control of the United States

Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico, who is set to visit Ukraine next week, has stated that Kyiv is “completely under the control of the United States.” In the opinion of the Slovak politician, this is the reason for the Russian invasion in February 2022.

Fico made these remarks in a televised broadcast in Slovakia.

“In 2014, after the Maidan, Ukraine came completely under the control of the United States. Why did the President of Russia give the order to use military force in Ukraine? Imagine Mexico, which is close to you, and that its Ministry of Defense comes under complete control of Russia, just like the entire political scene, including the president and the government. Now imagine that Mexico is included in a military organization where Russia plays a decisive role. What would you do? This argument is rational! Ukraine is not a sovereign and independent country. Ukraine is under the complete control of the United States,” stated the Slovak Prime Minister.

Earlier, Fico mentioned that Russia would not leave Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk, and those who think otherwise are “seriously mistaken.”

The Slovak politician also recently expressed support for the “legal” struggle of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban against changes in the European Union budget allocating 50 billion euros in aid to Ukraine.
