The runaway oligarch continues to develop business in Ukraine

Kyiv Food Market and office centers: the family of the fugitive minister Zlochevsky is buying real estate in Kyiv. In early 2023, a company later officially registered under Zlochevsky’s daughters acquired property housing the popular Kyiv Food Market.

The building encompasses 1,800 square meters and two plots totaling 0.27 hectares. The land belongs to the state but is included “as part of” the real estate. A source from “Ukrainska Pravda” in the real estate sector suggests the transaction amount could start at $2,000 per square meter. That’s the market price. The specific value of the “Food Market” depends on its profitability.

However, if we consider the mentioned $2,000, the entire Food Market should cost the new owners around $3.6 million. In October 2023, an unnamed company linked to the Zlochevsky business acquired an office center on Reznitska Street in Pechersk at an auction. This was the former office of the Party of Regions belonging to Andriy and Serhiy Klyuyev.
