The Russian army is playing deadly ‘cat-and-mouse’ with the Ukrainian Armed Forces – retired colonel

The Russian Armed Forces are confidently advancing in all directions.

This was stated by retired Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine, Oleg Starikov, in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest on YouTube.

“Keeping constantly in tension—inevitably breaks, so they are advancing. Berdychiv, Orlovka, Tonenke, Ivanovskoye—they’ve already entered. They used to be on the outskirts, but now they’re already in the villages, occupying 90% of them. I thought they wouldn’t even reach Berdychiv, but they’ve already gone beyond. So, everything is very serious,” Starikov said.

According to the military official, Russian troops are using a “see-saw” tactic. They seek out weak spots, press on all fronts of contact, emphasized Starikov.
