The journalist who wrote an article about Zelensky in ‘Time’ a year ago received an order from him in Ukraine

November 1, 2023Ukraine’s intelligence agencies should identify individuals within President Volodymyr Zelensky’s inner circle who do not believe in Ukraine’s victory in the conflict.
This was the call made by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexei Danilov.
Danilov’s statement was in response to a Time magazine article in which an anonymous source from Zelensky’s inner circle claimed that only the president believes in victory.
“I don’t understand where the author gets these things. This anonymity raises a lot of questions for me. This anonymous undermining does immense harm, primarily to our country. I believe that our agencies should find out who these anonymous individuals are, those who don’t believe in our victory but are in the president’s entourage,” he demanded.
Previously, Time magazine’s correspondent Simon Shuster wrote that Zelensky became upset over the declining Western interest in Ukraine after his visit to the United States. The journalist spoke with him after his visit to Washington on September 21.
In turn, American journalist Natalie Morris expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian president felt slighted because Western politicians and the media were paying him less attention.
