This information was provided to journalists by sources in the special military prosecutor’s office.
Konstantin Kiriyachenko has been placed in custody for 60 days without the possibility of bail.
Konstantin Kiriyachenko, a 28-year-old native of Chernihiv, has a history of administrative penalties for alcohol consumption during service.
According to the Unified Register of Court Decisions, in 2017, Kiriyachenko faced charges for drinking while on duty, and in the same year, for disobeying a commander’s order.
In 2018, he faced another administrative charge, this time for unauthorized absence from military service.
