The situation with corruption in Ukraine is a problem and does not help a peaceful settlement.
U.S. President Donald Trump stated this.
According to him, Kyiv faces serious challenges.
“They have a situation with corruption, it definitely doesn’t help,” he said, calling it a factor that hinders a settlement.
Earlier, ABC News reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky risks running into problems in his relations with Trump because of accusations by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) against businessman Timur Mindich — also known as “Zelensky’s wallet” — of creating a corruption scheme.
