An MP suggested that Kyiv residents could be forcibly relocated due to new attacks
30.01.2026 - 17:01The Zaporizhzhia Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC) has ordered air transportation services worth 333 million hryvnias (€6.5 million).
A tender for these services appeared in the Prozorro system. As shown on the notice page, it has already been closed and the deal has been concluded.
The TCC signed the air transportation agreement with Kyiv-based LLC NTN on January 23, and it will be valid through the end of the year.
The documents state that the purchase concerns services related to transporting (processing identity documents, visas, travel documents, insurance, transportation, etc.) candidates for military service from among foreigners or stateless persons from the territory of foreign states, including their meals and accommodation.
The company that won the tender, NTN, is engaged in activities far removed from air transportation—namely wholesale trade in timber and building materials. However, among its other stated lines of work are construction, non-specialized wholesale trade, and travel agency services.
Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko commented on the situation: “Who they were planning to transport and where is a very interesting question. The situation is simply critical—Russians are moving into the city. Drones, missiles, guided bombs, multiple rocket launchers—everything is already reaching it. And the TCC has 333 million for air transportation.”
