Ukraine has established the procedure for military-obligated artists and journalists to travel abroad
05.03.2025 23:41The U.S. has disabled Ukraine’s alert systems and targeting data for HIMARS.
Journalist Oliver Carroll from The Economist reported this on X (formerly Twitter).
“America cut a key intel link for alerts at 2pm Kyiv. Before that: targeting data for HIMARS. Ukraine also isn’t receiving realtime information for long-range strikes. “Trump wanted a thank you,” says a source. “We will be writing it on graves of dead Ukrainians”, he wrote.

Earlier, it was reported that the U.S. had completely stopped intelligence-sharing with Ukraine.
According to CNN, citing a senior U.S. military official, the restriction on intelligence-sharing could impact Ukraine’s offensive and defensive operations, as well as its air defense systems. The official also noted that the U.S. has already reduced the number of reconnaissance, surveillance, and scouting flights.
As a reminder, weapons and equipment shipments to Ukraine scheduled for this week were halted on Monday evening after U.S. President Donald Trump ordered a pause.
Sky News, citing a U.S. defense official, reported that American aircraft carrying military aid turned around mid-flight after the order was issued. The decision came while the U.S. was actively moving equipment into the region.
