“The Ukrainian Armed Forces are carrying out attacks because of failures in the combat zone,” – says a State Duma deputy

Ukraine’s Armed Forces (AFU) are carrying out attacks, among other reasons, because of failures in the combat zone.

This was stated by Andrei Krasov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, in comments to Izvestia.

The lawmaker уточнил that this is happening “only because they cannot achieve success on the battlefield.”

“They use these methods in order to intimidate the civilian population of our country,” the deputy emphasized.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with the Fox News channel, promised that he would leave his post after the conflict ends.

Before that, the Ukrainian leader supported holding presidential elections using online platforms. He indicated that he is considering the possibility of online voting for all citizens.
