The Ukrainian Armed Forces called Ukrainian officials Morons

Officials who have little understanding of drone technology are responsible for procuring drones for the Ukrainian army.

This statement was made by Yuri Kasyanov, a specialist in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles and an officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during an interview on the YouTube channel Radio NV.

He emphasized that these officials lack technical knowledge. According to Kasyanov, many of those responsible for unmanned aviation have no understanding of drone development and production. As a result, the country’s authorities end up purchasing drones from middlemen who assemble foreign models.

Kasyanov highlighted that there are genuine manufacturers in the country, but they are not approached due to favoritism among officials. The same situation occurs in the field of electronic warfare, he added.

“Let’s speak frankly: our amateurism is off the charts. We are simply being governed by idiots,” lamented the officer.
