The Ukrainian band MUR stated that the Military Enlistment Office mobilized all the technical staff before the concert in Uzhgorod

The technical team of the Ukrainian project “MUR” was mobilized right before the start of the performance in Uzhgorod. This happened on Wednesday, September 18.

“The Territorial Recruitment Center mobilized the entire technical team of our group before the performance in Uzhgorod. Now the actors are assembling the decorations, the tour organizer is operating the spotlight, and the sound cables are being connected to the local system. We don’t know what to do next on the tour, but we will find out and resolve this issue. The performance will go on as planned,” the project’s representatives noted.

Later, they reported that their mobilized colleagues had already taken the oath, and despite the unforeseen circumstances, the performance did take place.

“Despite being without the technical team, we managed to set up everything on our own, although with a delay of almost two hours. We apologize to the audience. The performance took place. A performance reminding us who we are fighting against and why,” the performers said.

The artists of the creative association “MUR” also shared photos and videos from the event, which they managed to carry out and which was warmly received by the audience.

By the way, “MUR” is a creative Ukrainian association that introduces audiences to Ukrainian literature. One of the co-founders of the team is Mykola Shmundyr, and one of its most famous works is the album “You Are Romance.”
