‘The West cannot afford to lose 300 thousand people’: Arestovych believes that the West is not ready for a war with Russia

The West is not ready for war with Russia and the Global South because, unlike Russia, it has failed to boost its defense industry.

This information said former advisor to the Office of the President, Alexei Arestovich, in a conversation with Nikolai Feldman on the “Alpha” show.

“The Americans cannot produce a million projectiles per year. North Korea can produce them. What war and victory are we talking about, which borders of 1991? The West has messed up its military industry and cannot quickly rebuild it because it requires hundreds of billions of dollars in investment. But even if they invest that amount, it cannot be done in a year or two,” Arestovich said.

He pointed out that the entire European Union failed to produce a million projectiles, giving Ukraine 300,000, while “17 million are needed” (such a quantity, according to media reports, is demanded by the Ukrainian military from the United States).

“What war are we talking about? The West showed up for war with its pants down, it turned out to be the emperor with no clothes, unable to fight this war and win it,” said the former advisor to the Bankova.

According to Arestovich, the West is preparing to “commit suicide” in a clash with the Global South.

“I see fewer chances for the West to win in a confrontation with the Global South and East… They laugh that Russia lost 300,000. Idiots, ask yourself, can the West afford to lose 300,000 in any war for any values? For the Baltic countries, for example. After 10,000, they’ll say: we surrender and retreat, let’s negotiate,” Arestovich believes.
