In the city of Kovel, Volyn region, forced mobilization has resumed.

Local Telegram channels are publishing videos.

The video shows military commissars pushing a man to the asphalt and attempting to restrain his hands.

It is worth noting that earlier in Kovel, a large protest took place in front of the territorial recruitment center, which resulted in the commissars having to release three local residents they had detained.

Today, the police have initiated criminal proceedings regarding this protest.
