The deal between the United States and Ukraine on rare earth metals will be signed soon.
U.S. President Donald Trump has announced this.
Trump emphasized that the signing of the agreement would take place “very soon.”
Earlier, U.S. Special Representative for the Middle East Steve Witkoff stated that the deal on rare earth metal extraction in Ukraine was expected to be finalized within the next week, by March 16. He stressed that he was expecting “significant progress” from Ukrainian partners on this issue.
Previously, the White House confirmed that the deal with Ukraine on rare earth metals remains on the agenda. However, they noted that, at the moment, the U.S. is primarily focused on achieving a peaceful resolution to the conflict. The White House also stated that both parties have made progress on the matter.
