TCC officer in Kalush beats subordinate soldier — victim hospitalized
15.08.2026 09:05In the Polish city of Poznań, two local women attacked a group of Ukrainian men.
Video of the incident was shared by political Telegram channels, and Polish law enforcement opened an investigation.
The footage shows that after a verbal altercation, one of the women spits at one of the young men and knocks over a folded umbrella that was standing in front of the entrance to an establishment. She then begins pushing and hitting the Ukrainians. Shortly afterward, the second Polish woman joins the scuffle.
During the confrontation, one of the women shouts: “Get the hell back to Ukraine!” (Spierdalaj na Ukrainę).
Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński said that one of the attackers had already been detained and the identity of the second had been established.
Previously, Strana reported on what the consequences of attacks on Ukrainians in Poland have been. According to the outlet, opinions on the growing hostility from Poles are divided: some Ukrainians believe the heightened situation will force them to leave, while others are convinced that only a portion of Polish society is hostile. Among Poles there is also no consensus — some are outraged by the rise in interethnic tensions, while others are considerably more radical and openly demand that Ukrainians leave.
