After the mobilization law was passed in Prague, a huge queue formed at the Ukrainian passport service
14.04.2024 - 11:32The United States has halted military aid to Ukraine in order to compel Kyiv towards peace.
This statement was made by former advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Alexei Arestovich. In his opinion, the basis for this action is the “Erdogan plan.”
“What the United States is doing is directly related to the Turkish peace plan. It’s not Turkish, but rather a Russian-American plan that has been coordinated. They simply asked Turkey to voice it as a third party,” Arestovich said.
The former advisor believes that the halt in military supplies from the United States, besides domestic political problems, “clearly indicates coercion of Ukraine into accepting such or a similar peace plan.”
As a reminder, the “Erdogan plan” mentioned in the media implies a freeze of the war along the current front line, Ukraine’s neutrality, and holding referendums in 2040 on the status of territories seized by Russia.
Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, stated that all plans, except for the “Zelensky formula,” “are only about the desire to continue the war through freezing, escalation, and maintaining the Russian aggressive regime.”
