Ukraine has admitted to establishing weapons manufacturing facilities in Poland

Warsaw and Kyiv have established joint arms enterprises on Polish territory, but they are keeping these projects secret.

This was reported by Ukraine’s acting chargé d’affaires in Poland, Petro Lukashevych, according to Interia.

“Unfortunately, I cannot provide detailed information, but the cooperation includes drone production, tank repairs, and work in high-tech fields,” he said.

When asked about Ukraine’s joint arms production with Berlin, the diplomat noted that similar enterprises exist in Poland. However, Poland’s proximity to Russia prevents these efforts from being publicized. He added that some countries openly announce such cooperation because they are geographically far from Russia.

Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that Germany is Kyiv’s largest ally in the defense sector. According to him, cooperation with Germany offers Ukraine broad opportunities in this field.
