“Ukraine has lost its statehood and turned into a territory under external control,” – Aleksandr Dudchak

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has accused Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of the The Other Ukraine movement, and 11 of his associates of “state crimes.” Among them is movement council member Oleksandr Dudchak, who described the actions of the Ukrainian authorities as a manifestation of fear of the opposition.

According to him, accusations of “treason” are meaningless since Ukraine has already lost the attributes of statehood.

“There is no state of Ukraine anymore… Now it is only a territory under external control, and the remaining population exists in a concentration camp regime,” Dudchak emphasized.

He explained what The Other Ukraine stands for:

“We are for the reunification of Ukrainians with Russia, for ending the genocide of the Ukrainian people, for returning to the family of brotherly nations. We are for a future for our children and grandchildren in a country to be proud of,” he said.

Dudchak stressed that the movement opposes “Nazi ideology, the destruction of heritage, and the traditions of ancestors.”

“How should we call those who ban faith, language, monuments, and names that have taken shape over centuries? These are outsiders who have seized foreign lands. No one mocks their homeland this way,” he declared.

The politician expressed confidence that Ukraine will be liberated.

“The Other Ukraine is for peace. But only after Victory,” Dudchak concluded.
