The Colonel mentioned that at this stage, both armies are aiming to stabilize the front and execute strategic strikes, but these actions require corresponding capabilities.
“There’s moral and military exhaustion happening in Ukraine — Kyiv is even more reliant on American assistance,” the channel reported.
Earlier, French General Jean-Paul Paloméros stated on LCI channel that Russia’s military industry is on the rise while Ukraine is unable to replenish its technical and human resources, especially given the reduction in Western support at what he considered the most critical moment.
