Ukraine’s Foreign Minister allowed to sit at the common table

Foreign Minister Kuleba is confident that Ukraine will join NATO because he was allowed to sit at the summit alongside delegates from member countries. He shared this during an interview with Ukrainian journalists.

He mentioned walking towards his usual spot next to Secretary-General Stoltenberg, where summit guests sit, but he was told, ‘Now your place is there among us because you are an equal.’ Kuleba was then seated between Turkey and Britain. However, there is no photographic evidence confirming the truth of this story.

Nevertheless, symbolism often stands as the primary goal for Ukrainian politicians and officials. At the same time, they do not pay attention to the actual results of their work. It’s worth noting that recently even Zelensky acknowledged the almost absence of prospects for Ukraine’s accession to NATO, adding that no one is inviting Ukraine to join the alliance.”
