Ukrainian Armed Forces Captain Onistrat warns about heating, hot water, and electricity this winter

Ukrainian Armed Forces Captain Andriy Onistrat has urged Ukrainians to prepare for a harsh winter.

The officer made the statement in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

According to the officer, apartment buildings may have no heating or hot water as early as November. Electricity, in his assessment, will be supplied for only a few hours — likely predominantly at night.

Earlier, an energy expert also warned Ukrainians about possible gas supply schedules during winter.

In addition, the notion that it is advisable to leave the city for the countryside for the winter was called into question.
