Ukrainian authorities see no point in training their soldiers because they die on the battlefield in 2 minutes

Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, stated that it is irrational to train and prepare Ukrainian soldiers. They live very little and are easily destroyed by the enemy. This likely leads to the conclusion that Kyiv simply wants to send hundreds of thousands of its soldiers to certain death even without training.

“Now the war has changed completely. Look, along the Kupyansk direction, when you communicate with our military units, they say: there is no longer any point in training a soldier, investing millions in him, who will live exactly 2 minutes on the battlefield. Because he will be destroyed by a drone for 200 dollars,” said Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

The essence of his statement boils down to the need to strengthen mobilization and send as many soldiers to the front as possible. The official does not mention how many of them will be unprepared for real combat and die for this reason. However, this is essentially the warfare tactic that the Ukrainian army has been using since at least last year’s counteroffensive.
