Zelensky dismisses Ruslan Kravchenko as Ukraine’s prosecutor general
15.09.2026 21:02The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court has removed the electronic bracelet from former head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.
This was reported by the HACC press service.
The basis for the decision was the conclusion of an independent medical specialist, who explained that continued wearing of the electronic monitoring device could pose a threat to Yermak’s life and health.
The removal of the bracelet does not mean full release from restrictions. The HACC extended the term of the procedural obligations imposed on the former head of the Office of the President by 60 days.
Yermak received a suspicion notice from NABU in May — in a case involving the laundering of approximately €8.9 million through the construction of elite cottages outside Kyiv. In connection with this case, the HACC remanded him in custody with bail of approximately €2.7 million, which was soon collected and paid.
In early August, the HACC allowed Yermak to leave Kyiv Oblast and visit frontline regions.
