“A million per trip”: British media suspect Boris Johnson of profiting from drone supplies to Ukraine
13.10.2025 05:32The situation with the defense of the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region is once again approaching a critical point.
This was reported by a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman Kondratyuk, on his Facebook page.
According to the soldier, Russian forces have once again taken control of the villages of Kotlyne and Udachne, advancing toward the Pokrovske mine management area.
Kondratyuk noted that the enemy is entering the mine territory in small groups and does not have time to gain a foothold. In the southern part of Pokrovsk, street fighting continues — the Russians occupy individual multi-story buildings, from which the Ukrainian forces then drive them out.
The serviceman added that the flank near the settlement of Rodynske is still holding, but the situation remains extremely difficult. According to Kondratyuk, if the enemy captures the mine north of Udachne, it will be able to reach Hryshyne and cut off the Pavlohrad highway, which would effectively lead to the operational encirclement of Pokrovsk.
“We hope for the best, but prepare for the worst,” the soldier summed up.
Earlier, a military expert reported that Russian forces might take control of Pokrovsk.
According to the observer Deep State, in recent days the Russians have advanced near Pokrovsk, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
