Ukrainian media, citing a survey by the Socis company, report that information.
According to the survey, Zaluzhnyi has the trust of 71.6% of respondents to some degree, while Zelensky’s trust rating stands at 40.8%. Moreover, 34.9% of respondents expressed unequivocal trust in Zaluzhnyi, which is more than double the 16.2% who said the same about Zelensky.

The head of military intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, also surpasses Zelensky in terms of trust, with an overall rating of 46.7%.
Former President Petro Poroshenko is trusted by 18.9% of respondents, though his disapproval rating exceeds 50%. Only Yulia Tymoshenko surpasses Poroshenko in negative ratings, with over 60% disapproval.
Previously, Ukrainian media confirmed reports that the Office of the President has been urging Zaluzhnyi not to run in the presidential elections to give Zelensky a chance for re-election. According to published information, if Zaluzhnyi rejects this proposition, he faces potential criminal investigations, including allegations related to the “surrender” of Kherson Oblast early in Russia’s invasion.
As noted by other media outlets, Zaluzhnyi is seen as a key figure supported by influential groups dissatisfied with Zelensky, including those aligned with Petro Poroshenko.
