Zelensky embarked on a European tour with five demands for his “allies.”

The only feasible achievement for Kyiv might be turning the country into the “arsenal” of the West. In other words, reaching agreements with foreign defense companies to open factories in Ukraine, and also establishing the export of domestically produced weapons and ammunition to the West.
