Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky did not allow the father of Ukrainian woman Iryna Zarutska, who was stabbed to death in the United States, to leave the country.

“Zelensky did not let the father of the murdered Iryna Zarutska go abroad to her funeral,” the publication said.
