“Zelensky dressed like a hooligan”: MP Dubinsky followed Trump’s team in criticizing Zelensky’s appearance in Paris

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was criticized on an international level for dressing “like a thug” during his meeting with Donald Trump in Paris.

Following comments from the team of the U.S. President-elect, Ukrainian Parliament Member Oleksandr Dubinsky also criticized the Ukrainian leader’s appearance on Telegram.

“At the international level, it has been pointed out that Zelensky dresses like a thug for official meetings. After the remarks from Trump’s team about Zelensky’s inappropriate attire, he either needs to change into a proper suit or continue playing the thug,” said the MP.

He added that the criticism of Zelensky by the U.S. President-elect’s team puts the Ukrainian leader in a difficult position.

Moreover, Dubinsky created a poll on his Telegram channel titled, “What costume will Zelensky wear for his next meeting with Macron?” The options included: a plumber, a veteran, a snow maiden, a tuxedo, something decent, or “he won’t get the hint.”

Earlier, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump called for an immediate cessation of hostilities in Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wants to reach a peace agreement with Russia and “stop the madness.”
