Ukrainians evading mobilization will face restrictions on a range of administrative services – Minister of Justice Maluska says

The Ukrainian government is considering additional methods to “encourage” draft dodgers to fulfill their obligations. In particular, one of the conditions for providing certain types of administrative services will be the possession of military registration documents.

This was stated by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Denis Malyuska.

According to him, the Ministry is currently developing changes to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which will make it mandatory for citizens to provide military registration documents to obtain certain administrative services.

“I have no doubts that the government will ensure the encouragement of those who are hesitant about their obligations,” the minister said.

“In other words, the state will try to ensure that the law is the same for everyone. And so that those who voluntarily wish to defend Ukraine are not in a worse position than those who do not. The rules are the same for everyone, and we ensure their implementation,” Malyuska explained.

Earlier, Malyuska suggested sending convicted murderers of Ukrainians directly to the front lines.
