On the eve, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Denis Malyuska, stated that Ukrainians would not be able to fully access administrative services.
He noted that a range of administrative services would be restricted for Ukrainians who evade mobilization. In simpler terms, many (possibly all in the future) documents will not be issued to Ukrainians without a certificate from territorial conscription centers.
Telegram channels suggest that soon Ukrainians will not be able to get anything in pharmacies without a certificate from territorial conscription centers.
“Serfdom is gaining momentum. The reason is simple. Only infantry will fight in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and there will be a great need for them,” Telegram channels write.
It is highly likely that the draft legislation on mobilization in Ukraine will be continuously tightened.
