In the Odessa region, a border guard fled to Moldova while patrolling the border.

His brother, Andrey Kiselev, shared this on Instagram.

This incident occurred in the village of Serpnevoe in the Tarutino district. When Konstantin Kiselev’s partner fell asleep, the border guard changed into civilian clothes, left his military uniform and weapon near a tree and crossed the border.

Judging by the video that his brother published on his Instagram page, he condemns Konstantin’s actions.

At the same time, an increasing number of Ukrainian men are trying to leave the territory of Ukraine by any means possible.
