Uses ‘foreign’ property, and sister has criminal connections: how the head of the National Police of Ukraine lives
24.05.2024 - 10:14Ukrainian MP from the “Dovira” group, Larysa Bilozir, officially owns no car but drives a brand-new Tesla worth 2 million UAH (over 46,000 euros). Although it’s not listed as her vehicle in her property declaration, it is mentioned as her brother’s car.
Journalists captured Larysa Bilozir and Halyna Yanchenko from “Sluga Naroda” near the Parus Business Center in central Kyiv, where the deputies participated in a new program. After the broadcast, where they discussed mobilization, refugees and the record number of women entrepreneurs, Bilozir and Yanchenko briefly talked about their matters and parted ways.

Larysa got into a new Tesla and drove home to an elite residential complex in Pechersk. According to her property declaration, Larysa Bilozir does not own a car. She drives a Tesla Model Y, which belongs to her brother, Oleksandr Kucher. The electric crossover was purchased in September 2022 for two million UAH (over 46,000 euros).
Her husband owns a 2017 BMW X5, valued at 1,524,188 UAH (over 35,000 euros).

Larysa Bilozir lives in the Pechersk Sky residential complex on Druzhby Narodiv. Public records indicate her husband’s residence is registered in this complex. Their neighbors include People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, who is frequently visited by his ex-wife Alla Baranovska, and footballer and coach Serhiy Rebrov.
Larysa Bilozir’s declaration lists several apartments in Kyiv: a 91.3 sq. m. apartment purchased in 2003 for 322,452 UAH, another one bought in 2012 for 499,182 UAH. In 2016, she acquired two more apartments on the same day: a 62.5 sq. m. one for 2,375,000 UAH and a 95.6 sq. m. one for 3,632,800 UAH. Three years later, Andriy Bilozir bought a parking space there for 500,000 UAH.
During the height of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, specifically in July 2022, Larysa Bilozir purchased property in Uzhhorod. The 69.1 sq. m. apartment cost her 890,000 UAH. However, to protect her older children from shelling, the deputy decided to send them abroad instead of to western Ukraine. According to her declaration, since January 2023, her daughters Anna-Maria and Yelyzaveta have received free asylum in France.
Larysa Bilozir is not a random figure in politics. Her father, Mykola Kucher, has been a deputy for several terms and is currently in the “Dovira” group with her. Her husband, Andriy Bilozir, was a Kyiv City Council deputy for the 7th and 8th convocations. Andriy’s mother, Oksana Bilozir, is a People’s Artist of Ukraine, a former People’s Deputy, and a former Minister of Culture and Tourism, as well as being a godmother to Petro Poroshenko.
Larysa Bilozir’s godparents include Maria Mezentseva from “Sluga Naroda” and businessman Yuriy Kosiuk (MHP, “Nasha Ryaba”). In September 2023, they christened Larysa’s youngest son, Matviy.
