Eight military commissars ‘restrained’ him: in the Rivne region, a man slit his veins in the territorial recruitment center

A man has opened his veins in the territorial manning centre in the town of Varash in Rivne Region.

This was reported by a Ukrainian military officer on social media.

According to the military officer, his acquaintance was “broken” in the street by eight employees of the military recruitment center. They did not react to his warnings about serious health problems.

In protest, the man cut his veins, but the territorial recruitment center did not even call an ambulance for him. What happened next, the soldier did not say. However,  in the video he showed the hand of his acquaintance with wounds from cuts and, probably, a medical stitch.

Recall that this is not the first attempt to open veins in the territorial recruitment center. The other day in Transcarpathia, a Ukrainian man cut his hands at the military recruitment center to avoid forced mobilization. The territorial recruitment center said that “during communication” the man asked to go to the bathroom, where military officers found him with cuts on his hands.

Before that, law enforcers launched a pre-trial investigation into the fact of abuse of power by the staff of the territorial recruitment center in Kiev Region, which caused the boy, who was taken to the territorial recruitment center, to slit his wrists.
