The police in Kyiv have begun detaining men on the streets for not updating their information at the Territorial Recruitment Centers.

In the Nyvky district, eyewitnesses recorded an incident where three police officers attempted to detain a man.

Bystanders began to defend the man. A young woman asserted that the state could obtain the person’s information on its own.

“I am not a representative of the Territorial Recruitment Center to collect information!” the police officer shouted in response.

The altercation continued for some time, but the detention was halted. The outcome of the incident is still unclear.
