‘Ukraine has lost — Europe needs to restore relations with Russia’, – said historian and sociologist Emmanuel Todd
22.07.2024 - 12:15The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, has complained about the “total shortage” of short-range anti-aircraft missiles within the Armed Forces.
“What can we do and must do to stop the advance of a numerically superior enemy? The answer is clear: effective fire damage to the main enemy forces and their reserves at distant approaches, comprehensive damage to the enemy before the front edge, maintaining prepared engineering lines and positions, and the most effective use of all weapon and ammunition capabilities, especially combat drones, where we have an advantage. Additionally, mastering new ways to destroy enemy reconnaissance UAVs under conditions of a total shortage of short-range anti-aircraft missiles, using only electronic warfare (EW) means and FPV drones,” Syrskyi stated.
He also emphasized the need for high-quality training of all categories of military personnel for combat missions, as well as training of headquarters at all levels to maximize the combat capabilities of troops and minimize losses.
