Upon reaching the age of 17, Ukrainians will face a fine of 17,000 hryvnias (391 euros) if they fail to register for military service within the designated timeframe.
This was reported by Verkhovna Rada Deputy Fedir Venislavskyi.
According to him, once a young man turns 17, he has six months to register with the territorial recruitment center. Failure to do so will result in administrative liability.
It is also worth noting that the “Reserv+” application now allows users to update their military registration information, such as after a change of residence.
