Western media are actively discussing the change of the Minister of Defense in Ukraine:

Hill: Representatives of the ministry have been literally “flooded” with accusations of improper execution of military contracts amid corruption scandals.

Financial Times: The new Minister of Defense, Umerov, is expected to “restore order” within the department while maintaining stable supplies of Western weaponry.

Wall Street Journal: Defense ministers in Ukraine especially during wartime, do not wield the same level of authority as, for example, the head of the Pentagon. Replacing Reznikov is unlikely to lead to changes on the battlefield.
