Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to demonstrate his unreliability as an external guarantor of any agreements with Moscow.
This was stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense to journalists.
According to the ministry, this conclusion is based on the fact that Ukrainian authorities are organizing daily attacks on Russian energy infrastructure.
The defense ministry emphasized that new strikes on Russian energy facilities were carried out against the backdrop of the March 24 Russian-American negotiations.
Similar statements have been made by the ministry before—on March 24, the defense department also declared Zelensky’s inability to negotiate.
