This information reported according to Axios, citing a source and FlightRadar data.
This will reportedly be the third meeting between Witkoff and Putin.

Axios notes that Trump has been “frustrated” by the lack of progress in negotiations on Ukraine. According to the source, the U.S. President is prepared to tighten sanctions against Russia if a ceasefire is not reached by the end of April.
Russian media, citing FlightRadar, report that Witkoff’s plane likely landed in St. Petersburg.
Meanwhile, State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce recently stated that the U.S. does not want the Ukrainian settlement to drag on for another six months or a year.
Earlier, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that within a few weeks it will become clear how serious Russia is about reaching a resolution.
