The Rivne military commissar, who accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of mindlessly wasting lives in battles, was sent to the front – media
05.05.2025 - 13:00New photos have appeared on social media showing a man restrained inside a Kyiv military enlistment office (TCC and SP).
Recently, he was photographed in the DVRZ enlistment office, tied to a bed with plastic zip ties. In newly released images, he is now seen tied to a radiator in a bathroom.

In one of the photos, a dog is also visible. A commenter claims that a man was mobilized along with his pet and is being held in the same enlistment office.
“Another outrage at the TCC and forced mobilization into the ‘Patron the Dog’ unit. Kyiv. Violating all legal and moral principles, a freshly captured soldier was tied to a bunk in the distribution center at DVRZ. Then, to prevent him from escaping from the toilet, he was zip-tied to a radiator. Another man was conscripted along with his furry friend,” wrote Facebook user Darina Otchenashenko.
It’s worth noting that on Friday, Kyiv’s city TCC and SP confirmed that the man had been tied up, claiming it was due to his allegedly aggressive behavior.
