This was reported by the Financial Times, citing sources.

The call, expected to take place on Friday, will likely focus on the suspension of some key U.S. weapons deliveries to Kyiv. However, sources caution that the date of the call may still change.

President Zelensky also reportedly plans to raise the issue of potential future arms purchases during the conversation.

As previously reported, the Pentagon explained its decision to halt the transfer of already-approved weapons to Ukraine. Media outlets also noted that the U.S. even suspended delivery of arms that had already been positioned in Poland.
